As a graduate from Victoria's West Coast College of Massage Therapy, I am passionate about what I do, and have enjoyed building a meaningful practice at home on the Saanich Peninsula, BC.
I take a nurturing approach in my work, and try to recognize and address the specific needs of each person, by blending the clinical components from my education with life knowledge, grace and intuition.
I enjoy working with people who want to address root causes and underlying issues presenting as physical symptoms, as well as those who have an openness to let me attune to the body's energetics , allowing me to facilitate deeper release and healing from within.
I take great care in knowing my clients feel comfortable, and will always make sure that even the most therapeutic treatment maintains an element of relaxation.
My primary area of focus is women's wellness and supportive care through stressful life circumstances.
